We help community leadership programs across the country activate their member and alumni networks to share the stories of the impact they have fueled. A 10-minute, AI-led interview helps your members easily articulate the ripples of your program into real-world results.
Surface, showcase, and scale your program's success.
Every participant is guided through a short, thoughtful interview on their phone. An AI interviewer helps them tell a real story about their leadership impact as a part of your network.
Within minutes, individual stories become a collective portrait: displayed live in the room, printed on a story wall, searchable, and ready to power everything from your next grant application to your annual report.
"One of the challenges we often have is people don't think their story is significant… so we'll hear about it through the grapevine and think, oh, that's a great story, and we wish we knew about it."
Emika Abe, Senior Director of Programs, Leadership Greater Washington

WHY COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS USE MOSAIC
Three top reasons leadership programs run a Mosaic
Connect your people
Build a living, shared knowledge base of who to connect with and about what. Members discover who is working on what, who to learn from, and what is possible across your network. The searchable showcase and the "who should I meet?" query turn a room full of individuals into a web of relationships.
Recognize success
Give your members credit for their wins, and signal to the world what your program makes possible. Story walls, downloadable quote cards, and a living showcase celebrate members by name and put your collective impact on display, for members, boards, and prospects alike.
Fuel fundraising and giving
Show the real-world stories and impact you are creating. Query the story archive by sponsor-specific language or theme to assemble the exact evidence a funder wants, then drop member-voiced proof straight into grant applications, annual reports, and sponsor decks.
Proof
Our work so far with community leadership programs.
We've helped programs collect over 300 impact stories from across the country in the last year.
We are working in partnership with the Association of Leadership Programs to extend Mosaic from within programs to across programs, collect stories for peer learning across the country ahead of the 2026 conference in Omaha.
33 alumni stories featured
at the annual Leadership Louisville Luncheon, recognizing contributors in front of hundreds of attendees. A striking triangular story wall, built from participants' own stories.
"Mosaic helped us achieve something we've struggled with for years: systematically capturing the true impact of our programs. The AI interviewer made it easy for alumni to share authentic stories, and seeing them displayed at our luncheon created incredible energy. We finally have the proof points we need for sponsors and the connection tool our alumni have been asking for."
Opened the LGW Annual Summit by having every attendee share a story of the impact they saw through LGW, fueling connection during the Summit and content and celebration for their 40th anniversary later this year. The story wall was connected with colored thread, visualizing the ripple effect and who is linked to whom.
"We're using [Mosaic] to bring us together, to connect people… we're leveraging AI to build a bigger and better community."
Doug Duncan, President & CEO, Leadership Greater Washington
131 stories captured
at the annual conference, replacing traditional programming with a "Reverse Keynote" opportunity for everyone to share a story, creating "A Collective Vision of Austin at Its Best," from the room's stories in real time.
"We're really excited about the stories we're collecting, and we're asking the question: Who is Austin when we're at our best? Because we believe that can help shape who we become in the future."
Leadership Kitsap kicked off a 2025 class with stories shared of their members' leadership in action, helping them lean into their strengths and catalyze connection and collaboration.
"People have really amazing stories, but you don't get to talk to everyone all the time… so for me to be able to pull it from AI and then say, here is a subset of impact that we've had on the community through just this one program, that's really useful."
Celebrate a milestone or promote an initiative by mobilizing your mailing list to collect stories over days or weeks. Members complete the interview from home, on their own time, no event required. Great for anniversaries, membership drives, and year-round storytelling.
Existing event
Gather stories ahead of or live at your alumni gatherings, conferences, and luncheons. The Mosaic becomes an interactive centerpiece, and the story wall goes up in the room. This is how Louisville, LGW, and Austin ran theirs.
Many programs combine both: initiate the showcase during an event, and continue to collect asynchronously afterward for those who couldn't attend.
